It has been consistently expanded and modernized ever since.<\/p>\n<p>Technical profile of the printing house from the very beginning of its existence is\u00a0<strong>high-volume printing oriented; mass magazines and other publications<\/strong>\u00a0are printed in the shortest time possible.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, customers of the printing house include both\u00a0<strong>publishing houses belonging to the Bauer Group<\/strong>\u00a0in Poland and the whole of Europe as well as\u00a0<strong>a number of major customers from outside the printing industry<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The plant successfully prints\u00a0<strong>catalogs, brochures and advertising leaflets<\/strong>\u00a0for customers who appreciate the combination of\u00a0<strong>high print quality<\/strong>, short production schedules and affordable rates.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FACTS AND FIGURES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The printing house was founded in 1997. It was then expanded and modernized in the years 2003, 2008, 2012\/13.<\/li>\n<li>it is the second largest gravure printing company in Central Europe.<\/li>\n<li>It employs 400 workers.<\/li>\n<li>The plant completes over 1,700 printing jobs every year, which translates into the annual production of more than one billion copies of magazines, catalogues and advertising material printed and bound.<\/li>\n<li>The annual consumption of paper is 100 000 tonnes, and the annual consumption of paint is 3 500 tonnes.<\/li>\n<li>The printing house is\u00a0<strong>certified by<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>ISO 14001<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>FSC<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>DDV<\/strong> (Deutscher Dialogmarketing Verband) and the Protection of Personal Data, PEFC: BVCPL\/PEFC CoC\/23<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation of printing forms:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>eight engraving stations<\/li>\n<li>three galvanic lines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Printing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>6 gravure presses TR 6 \/ TR 7 with the maximum paper width of 2.40 m<\/p>\n<p><strong>Possible print of A5, A4 and A3 paper formats<\/strong>\u00a0in the following volumes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>(A5) from 12 to 120 pages, (A4) from 12 to 96 pages (108 pages &#8211;\u00a0<span id=\"result_box\" class=\"short_text\" lang=\"en\">the\u00a0product height\u00a0to\u00a0261mm<\/span>), (A3) from 4 to 16 pages (20 pages &#8211;\u00a0<span id=\"result_box\" class=\"short_text\" lang=\"en\">the\u00a0width of the product\u00a0to\u00a0237mm<\/span>\u00a0) with one set of cylinders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Bindery:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ten collecting and stitching machines (saddle stichers)<\/li>\n<li>four lines for (shrink-)wrapping copies<\/li>\n<li>two lines for personalization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The entrepreneur received assistance under the government program called: &#8220;Assistance to energy-intensive industries related to natural gas and electricity prices in 2023&#8221;.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bauer Print Ciechan\u00f3w Sp. z o.o.
